Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at their Oribi Manufacturing facility in Commerce City, CO. Oribi specializes in advanced thermoplastic composites using automation, robotics, and advanced materials for aerospace, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and sporting goods industries.
In this role, you will lead and manage comprehensive maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs. You'll establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, develop strategies to minimize downtime and production disruptions, and manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF, OSHA, and EPA standards; coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance during appropriate downtime windows; tracking and reporting on maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs; and troubleshooting production equipment including ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robots.
You will drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies like A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis, and lead and develop maintenance teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in a related field, over 7 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing (preferably with Tier 1 automotive suppliers), and 3–5 years in a management role. You must have extensive TPM program experience, proven ability to lead and develop teams, knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies, and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Preferred qualifications include IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 standards experience, familiarity with thermoplastics, PLC programming proficiency, and knowledge of industrial robots.
