Salary: USD 204,000 - 255,000 / annual

Archer Technologies is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, developing an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft designed to carry four passengers with minimal noise and environmental impact. As Maintenance Controller, you will serve as the expert administrator and primary point of contact for the implementation and ongoing management of TRAX eMRO (electronic Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and TRAX eMobility systems. Your responsibilities include: • Lead the seamless integration of TRAX systems with existing infrastructure including SAP and future aircraft movement control and pilot-related applications • Manage all weblog communications with TRAX vendors, serving as the escalation point for issue resolution • Coordinate with internal airline operations and external OEM stakeholders to design, map, and refine processes, data workflows, and system configurations as the commercial business scales • Translate complex technical and operational challenges into actionable solutions for cross-functional teams • Oversee TRAX instance management across the organization, including modification requests, API integrations, software version deployments, testing, and validation • Support Flight Test operations with technical guidance on TRAX-related processes and functions • Ensure full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), ATA standards, and company policies • Manage technical data files across development, test, and production environments • Create user guides and standard operating procedures for TRAX administrative and Flight Test functions You bring 5+ years of airline operations experience and 3+ years managing airline software implementation projects or product ownership, ideally with TRAX-specific expertise. You have strong technical foundations in API architecture, SQL, and Jasper reports, combined with the ability to read and interpret FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, OEM manuals, service bulletins, maintenance procedures, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Your project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills enable you to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment. Bonus qualifications include experience with electric aircraft/eVTOL platforms, NX CAD software, Teamcenter PLM, SAP enterprise systems, Part 23 certification processes, and composite airframe repair knowledge.
