Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to own sustainment and product support for defense hardware programs across their full acquisition lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, technical operations, and program management, requiring hands-on experience with DoD acquisition programs and understanding of how logistics deliverables align to acquisition milestones, design reviews, and contract data requirements.
You will manage the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide, working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations. Key responsibilities include advocating for maintainability requirements within engineering, influencing maintenance concepts and support strategies, and serving as the product support subject matter expert during contract negotiations.
You will own the full portfolio of Product Support Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) from initial scoping through review cycles to customer acceptance. This includes building integrated logistics schedules that map cross-functional dependencies, identifying critical path risks, and ensuring contractual delivery dates are met. You'll develop and refine standard operating procedures and processes that drive operational excellence and consistency across programs and deployments.
Stakeholder engagement is central to this role. You will lead Product Support Integrated Product Team meetings and program logistics events with government customers, driving agendas, identifying risks, and securing decisions on maintenance concepts, deliverable scope, and schedule. You'll maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government representatives, ensuring alignment on product support topics.
The role includes team and resource management responsibilities. You will provide leadership to the logistics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You'll lead initiatives to reduce inefficiencies, enhance reliability and performance, and identify and resolve obstacles using both strategic and creative solutions to maintain deployment timelines.
