Anduril Industries is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to join the Deployments Team in Costa Mesa. You will own the Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategy end-to-end for a defense weapon system program, serving as the single accountable owner for how the system is supported from first article through end of life.
Key responsibilities include authoring the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), defending Product Support Business Case Analyses for organic/Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)/Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) models, and leading supportability trade studies. You will establish clear planning assumptions amid shifting requirements, navigate DFARS/DoDI policies, and make decisions without waiting for perfect data. You represent supportability at System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR), translating Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) outputs into maintenance concepts and spares requirements.
You will own the sustainment CDRL suite (Logistics Support Plan, LORA, Provisioning Technical Data, Technical Manuals), ensuring regulatory compliance, on-time submittal, and government acceptance. You will establish depot partnering agreements, set initial outfitting and sustainment spares levels, and manage repair-and-return pipelines. Asset accountability, including physical property records (Government Furnished Property and contractor-managed) and IUID marking, falls under your purview. You will direct the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) program to proactively mitigate component risks.
You will build Operations & Support cost estimates for proposals and track key metrics such as Operational Availability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and fill rates. As the primary logistics interface to the customer's Product Support Manager and government stakeholders (Defense Acquisition Program Manager–Logistics), you will manage the internal logistics team, lead provisioning conferences and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and serve as the primary voice to government stakeholders. You will build sustainment Standard Operating Procedures from scratch, proactively solve unassigned problems, and step in hands-on to unblock fielding timelines.
Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or related technical field (equivalent experience may substitute). 7+ years of progressively complex acquisition logistics, product support, or sustainment program management supporting DoD or comparable government programs. Demonstrated ownership of a product support strategy spanning multiple IPS elements. Working knowledge of the 12 IPS elements with hands-on depth in maintenance planning, supply support, technical data, support equipment, and Personnel, Health & Safety and Training (PHS&T). Direct experience authoring and delivering logistics CDRLs against Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and negotiating sustainment scope with government customers. Familiarity with supportability analyses including LORA, Logistics Management Institute (LMI) Product Data, Supportability Engineering and Requirements Definition (SERD), provisioning, and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis.
