Implement tools and reporting systems to increase visibility and control. **Inventory Control & Sustainment Operations**: Coordinate with inventory management to establish 24/7 coverage for urgent parts capability. Establish urgent shipping lanes for AOG/MICAP events. Own reverse logistics for components and aircraft returning from customer sites, including induction, triage, routing, and reissue into serviceable inventory.
