Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Logistics Lead to own the complete logistics architecture for a fleet of maritime autonomous vehicles. Reporting to the Support System Lead, you will design and execute transport, storage, and pierside support strategies for vehicles moving between manufacturing, storage, test sites, and operational deployment locations worldwide.
You will author and own critical sustainment documentation including the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Supply Support Plan, Packaging/Handling/Storage/Transportation (PHS&T) Plan, and Disposal/Demilitarization Plan. You will conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to determine repair-vs.-discard decisions and repair-site assignments, perform sparing analysis using Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data to generate provisioning recommendations, and lead supportability assessments at key program gates (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
You will partner with cross-functional teams on Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMECA, Manpower & Personnel Integration (MPI), and Operating & Support (O&S) cost estimation, contributing the maintenance and logistics perspective. You will lead and mentor IC2/3 engineers across logistics sub-disciplines, interface with Production, Deployment, Maintenance, and customer logistics organizations, and support proposal efforts with logistics cost and schedule estimates. Travel up to 25% to operational and customer sites is required.
The ideal candidate brings experience executing highly optimized multi-disciplinary projects, strong technical expertise in defense or military logistics, and the leadership capability to set objectives, build teams, and drive rapid completion of complex initiatives.
