Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI compute infrastructure, targeting 10s to 100s of GWs of capacity by decade's end. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them at hyperscale. The Data Center Operations team is responsible for running flawless operations across massive, rapidly expanding facilities.
This role owns end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle management for a hyperscale data center site. You will manage receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor coordination at the scale of a nation-sized operation. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning, including tagging, labeling, and data entry in asset management systems
- Manage receiving and shipping: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time
- Run cycle audits and physical inventory counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy and resolve shortages before they block build, repair, or deployment
- Fulfill parts requests from technicians and engineers rapidly, keeping staging areas organized for deployment, break-fix, and project material
- Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements with vendors; coordinate security escorts
- Report on inventory performance, turns, and obsolescence; build and improve metrics-driven processes
You'll operate in a live construction zone, adapting in real time and turning the pace of build-out into competitive advantage. You'll write the playbook rather than inherit one, setting standards and shaping the operating model as the company scales 100x. The company culture emphasizes extreme ownership, full autonomy, velocity, first-principles thinking, and deep engagement with frontier AI infrastructure challenges.
