You will join the legal team as a Litigation Paralegal, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in office) in London. Your responsibilities will include:
• Drafting pre-action protocol correspondence and ensuring compliance with litigation protocols
• Drafting documents to commence and conclude formal recovery actions on behalf of investors, including liquidation, administration, bankruptcy, and county court procedures
• Drafting and negotiating security documents such as charges, deeds of priority, and settlement agreements
• Negotiating matters related to insolvency and litigation
• Managing a large caseload while controlling and recovering costs
• Assisting with administrative duties related to case management
• Liaising with external panel firms on issues and cases
• Identifying opportunities to use generative AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experienced paralegal with demonstrated litigation background
• Excellent communication skills; ability to advise confidently and succinctly
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Track record of getting things done with a 'can do' attitude
• Team player capable of working independently and taking on responsibility
• Ability to prioritize varied workloads and competing commitments
• Compassionate, grounded, logical, and objective; able to follow through on difficult decisions
• Proactive in identifying ways to use generative AI to enhance daily tasks and personal productivity
• Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively
