As Licensing Manager, you will manage and optimize all licensing processes for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the Finni Health network. You will drive end-to-end licensing operations including applications, renewals, and updates across multiple states and jurisdictions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. Key responsibilities include: - Managing licensing operations for BCBAs and RBTs across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state boards and regulatory bodies - Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal procedures accordingly - Overseeing an offshore team responsible for licensing application preparation, submissions, and follow-up - Triaging and responding to licensing inquiries and guidance requests from providers - Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards with comprehensive documentation - Leading process improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround times and improve provider satisfaction - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, provider success, compliance, HR, finance, and other teams - Adapting to evolving responsibilities as the company grows You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual contributor with strong operational excellence and compliance focus. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or compliance roles for healthcare professionals, preferably in behavioral or mental health, telehealth, or healthcare technology - Strong understanding of state licensing requirements and multi-jurisdictional licensing for BCBAs and RBTs (strongly preferred) - Deep knowledge of core licensing processes, common blockers, and remediation best practices - Ability to handle application submissions, renewals, and updates at scale - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex licensing data and identify process bottlenecks - Demonstrated expertise in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving process improvements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies - Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and licensing/credentialing management tools - Experience with EHR or RCM platforms is a plus - Passion for democratizing autism care and empowering providers - Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a startup environment
