Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 / annual
Brave Health is a community health-centered organization transforming access to mental health care through telehealth. The company partners with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare to serve patients across the lifespan, with a mission to ensure no one is left behind in accessing compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment.
You will provide outpatient mental health services entirely through our telehealth platform, working 100% remotely from your home. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, diagnosing mental health and substance abuse conditions, and partnering with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. You'll utilize telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal platforms throughout your workday.
The position offers flexibility with shift options (9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST), Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements. You'll work with a diverse patient population across commercial and government-funded insurance programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree and current licensure as LMHC or LMFT
- Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D or LMFT-D) required
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available (no temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses)
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms
- Experience working collaboratively with clients toward therapeutic goals
