You will provide outpatient mental health services entirely through our telehealth platform, working 100% remotely from your home. This is a full-time W2 position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. Shift options are 9am–6pm CT or 10am–7pm CT, giving you flexibility in your daily routine.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. You'll utilize our telehealth software and internal communication tools throughout the day while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards. REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent mental health license
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no employer sponsorship required now or in the future (temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses cannot be supported)
- Dedicated home workspace with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Comfort with technology, including telehealth platforms, video communication, and internal tools
- Experience working collaboratively with clients and utilizing comprehensive assessments
