The Lending Servicing Officer role is part of the Operations function, which delivers excellent customer outcomes across Allica's lending and banking products. In this position, you will manage a wide range of in-life servicing activities for Commercial Lending customers, ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of customer enquiries from receipt through resolution, handling activities such as early settlements, redemptions, product switches, loan restructures, bank account amendments, and general loan administration. Key responsibilities include reviewing customer requests and supporting documentation to identify missing or inconsistent information; managing your workload to meet agreed service levels and quality standards; collaborating with Relationship Managers, Credit Operations, and Customer Support teams; maintaining accurate customer records in accordance with regulatory policies; identifying operational risks and recommending improvements; and supporting portfolio servicing activities. You will embrace AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and customer responsiveness while maintaining appropriate governance and data security. The role requires strong customer service focus, excellent organisational skills, good commercial awareness of lending products, understanding of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty principles, and strong IT and systems skills.
