Salary: USD 155,100 - 232,700 / annual

As a Program Manager for the Legal Engineering organization, you will drive the operational infrastructure enabling one of Harvey's fastest-growing go-to-market functions. The Legal Engineering team partners directly with world-leading law firms and professional services providers to deploy AI-powered solutions. This role ensures the programs, processes, and systems underpinning the team operate with rigor and consistency across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing end-to-end programs supporting the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm
- Building and maintaining processes, tooling, and documentation enabling managers to operate consistently across distributed regions
- Driving change management initiatives as the organization scales, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools
- Partnering with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs
You bring 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within high-growth technology or professional services environments. You excel at designing and delivering cross-functional programs from concept through execution, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong communication and facilitation skills enable you to influence without authority across distributed teams. You have demonstrated experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments. You're comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly. Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus.
