Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers globally, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC. The Legal Engineering Operations Associate role sits at the center of Legora's go-to-market engine. Legal Engineering (LE) runs pilots, leads rollouts, drives product feedback, and brings deep legal subject-matter expertise to every client engagement. As the North America team scales dramatically, this role provides the operational backbone to keep the function running smoothly. You will report to the Global LE Operations Lead and work closely with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America). Key responsibilities include: **Data & Reporting**: Own the metrics that track LE performance—Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, Usage Rate, and more. Build and maintain dashboards that turn messy inputs into clean, actionable reporting for leadership. As the team scales, you'll help define what gets measured and how. **Tooling & Systems**: Help build tools that accelerate LE work. Automate manual processes like performance review workflows, pilot trackers, and rollout management. Spreadsheet fluency and comfort with Claude are essential; no-code or light scripting skills are valuable. **Strategic Projects**: Support high-impact initiatives across the LE org, from org design and headcount planning to program launches and cross-functional initiatives. Scope work, track progress, and fill operational gaps. **Operating Cadence**: Own the rhythm of the NA team. Run weekly LE updates, manage monthly performance review cycles, and maintain planning cadences. Ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. **Program Support**: Support LE program development around pilots and rollouts, ensuring repeatable, best-in-class service delivery to clients. **Talent & Onboarding**: Coordinate the LE hiring pipeline, schedule culture interviews, maintain candidate trackers, and run onboarding logistics for fast ramps. You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and clarity must be built rather than waited for. You're organized, follow through on commitments, and care more about team wins than individual spotlight. You're curious about AI's impact on the legal industry and want a front-row seat to that transformation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in strategy consulting, business operations, or high-growth tech/professional services. Strong data skills are essential—you can pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly, and you're fluent in spreadsheets. SQL, scripting, or no-code tooling experience is a bonus. You have excellent organizational instincts, clear communication, and a bias toward action and process improvement. Based in New York (Union Square office), you'll collaborate globally with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. The company provides a competitive package, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401k match, unlimited PTO), and company-provided lunch daily.
