Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major law firms (Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons) and enterprises like Barclays. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates globally with recent acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, and Graceview.
You will serve as a hybrid legal ops, product specialist, solutions architect, and client advocate for Legora's Tax & Audit practice. Based in Munich, you'll support either the DACH team (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) or Benelux team (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), working with some of the world's most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities for platform adoption across service lines and jurisdictions.
- Own client relationships end-to-end: run pilots with key practice areas, onboard new team members across tax, legal, and consulting functions, and guide firm-wide adoption at Big 4 and professional services firms.
- Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora, sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Deliver clear, confident product demos and training to tax partners, global advisory teams, and legal consulting professionals.
- Document best practices from leading professional services firms and develop scalable playbooks to support global growth.
- Help tax and legal advisory teams navigate AI adoption, from evaluating ROI and competitive advantage to mapping AI's impact on different service lines (tax compliance, regulatory advisory, etc.).
You thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments where ownership matters more than titles. You bring structure to complexity, communicate confidently across disciplines (tax partners to engineers), and balance quality with pragmatism—getting things done and improving them over time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in law or tax with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice in the DACH or Benelux market; ideally exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives.
- Fluent language skill relevant to DACH or Benelux market (German, Dutch/Flemish, or French).
- Tech-curious and product-savvy; comfortable navigating technical conversations around generative AI, technology implementation, innovation, and productivity.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders and translate across disciplines.
- Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; self-directed and able to juggle multiple client relationships.
- Understanding of how to evaluate and improve processes as a result of emerging technologies (tax compliance workflows, regulatory analysis, multi-jurisdictional advisory work).
- Knowledge of professional services commercial realities: team leverage, client value demonstration, complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery.
