The company delivers personalized, high-quality healthcare through a network of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians, focusing on preventative health, weight management, and women's and men's health conditions.
As Legal Counsel, International, you will provide practical legal advice to APAC business teams supporting the development, launch, and promotion of Hims & Hers products and solutions. You will work on novel issues at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Providing legal and process support to Patient Support and Operations teams
- Managing obligations from transaction documentation and supporting corporate structures
- Managing corporate governance across APAC entities
- Iterating and maintaining internal legal guidance
- Delivering practical, business-focused, solution-oriented legal guidance
- Developing relationships and building trust with business partners
The role reports to the Senior Legal Commercial Counsel and operates in a hybrid environment with a team-oriented, fast-moving culture.
Requirements:
- Law degree with Australian practising certificate
- 3–5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law
- Strong drafting and communication skills with ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Commercial judgment and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative problem-solver who is responsive, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to corporate governance, M&A, or commercial contracts in a growth context
- Exposure to consumer, technology, or health law
- Hands-on use of AI and automation tools
