DataCamp is seeking a Learning Program Delivery Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its professional services programs. You will manage multi-week, multi-cohort engagements involving live classes, masterclasses, hackathons, and Data+AI upskilling tracks delivered to large enterprises undergoing data and AI transformation.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on execution and coordination rather than instruction. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, responsible for coordinating instructors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure programs launch on time, run smoothly, and improve iteratively.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program Planning & Setup:** Translate commercial agreements into detailed delivery plans with milestones and timelines. Lead kickoff calls (internal and client-facing), establish recurring check-ins, and ensure all documentation, logistics, tooling, and communication channels are ready before launch. Own the approval workflow for session content and manage all program communications including scheduling, invites, reminders, and post-program surveys.
**Live Delivery Management:** Act as the operational lead during live program delivery. Support instructors by removing blockers, monitor session pacing and quality, run client check-ins, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
**Continuous Improvement:** Lead post-cohort retrospectives, turn feedback into concrete improvements, coordinate cross-cohort updates, and deliver program wrap-ups with outcomes and recommendations.
**Scope & Commercial Awareness:** Monitor scope closely, flag deviations early, partner with account teams on change requests, and maintain alignment between delivery and what was sold.
**AI-Powered Project Management:** Use AI tools and automations to streamline workflows—from status tracking to reporting. Build and iterate on AI-powered automations that enhance program delivery speed and reliability.
Required qualifications: 4–8+ years in project or program management, ideally in professional services, consulting, or learning & development. Proven experience managing enterprise clients as primary point of contact during complex engagements. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust and navigate difficult conversations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments where plans shift. Commercial awareness regarding scope, margins, and escalation. Demonstrable experience with AI tools and building AI-powered automations. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
