Huntress is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to manage and scale the company's learning and readiness infrastructure. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide with enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions delivered at SaaS pricing. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the learning and readiness engine, ensuring training programs are launched on time, learners have seamless experiences, and systems remain organized as the business scales. You will administer Mindtickle (the LMS) and related readiness tools, building and maintaining learning paths, assignments, cohorts, certifications, and assessments. You'll manage the Revenue Readiness calendar, coordinate training launches, enrollment workflows, and facilitator coordination. You'll publish approved content while maintaining rigorous standards for naming conventions, metadata, versioning, and content hygiene. Key responsibilities include managing required learning through assignments, reminders, and completions; supporting onboarding by placing new hires into role-based learning paths and tracking progress; producing recurring readiness reporting and dashboards that highlight completion, proficiency, and gaps; and using AI tools to streamline learner communications and reduce repetitive administrative work. You'll work cross-functionally with Readiness teams, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders to turn approved content into live, easy-to-find, easy-to-complete programs. You are outcome-obsessed about accuracy and follow-through. You give a high priority to learner experience because operational misses erode trust quickly. You build structure that helps sellers, managers, and content owners move faster without creating chaos. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in learning operations, enablement operations, program coordination, LMS administration, or similar operational role - Hands-on experience administering a learning platform and building learning paths, assignments, cohorts, certifications, and reporting - Strong project and operational management skills; ability to juggle multiple schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder requests without losing detail - Sharp eye for accuracy and learner experience; discipline to catch small issues that create confusion or broken trust - Comfort working with data to track completion, readiness, certification, and program effectiveness, then translate into clear follow-up actions - Ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining standards, timelines, governance, and clean operational processes - Comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter, with sound judgment applied to accuracy and follow-through
