Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. The Learning & Development Manager will own Fever's learning strategy and function, ensuring employees are trained and equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform effectively across the organization. This is a strategic role that combines program execution with policy ownership, budget management, and continuous improvement of learning infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: L&D Strategy & Governance: Design and implement Fever's learning strategy and internal L&D policies, including budget guidelines, training approval frameworks, and provider governance. Act as the main escalation point and decision-maker on learning matters. Define and own the learning roadmap to support employee development from onboarding through upskilling on new processes and tools. Partner with department leads to build learning journeys that support career progression and embed them into Fever's growth frameworks. Learning Budget & Cost Optimization: Own end-to-end management of the company's learning budget, monitoring spend across markets and maximizing return on investment. Identify and activate cost-recovery opportunities, including training grant and levy schemes (FUNDAE in Spain and equivalents in other markets). Build a playbook to replicate best practices for funding and cost recovery across Fever's operating markets. Partner with FP&A and Procurement to track budget consumption, forecast spend, and report on cost efficiency. E-Learning Tools & Analytics: Own relationships with e-learning platform providers, identifying gaps and driving improvements to content, UX, and adoption. Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new tools that increase self-service learning and scalability. Streamline and automate L&D workflows to reduce operational friction. Own end-to-end L&D analytics, building dashboards that track participation, completion, engagement, and program effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights and regular stakeholder reporting. Training Content Ownership: Own the company's training content, ensuring all materials are documented, up to date, and consistently governed. Lead design and creation of training content in collaboration with business teams, acting as owner and facilitator. Ensure content is properly structured and hosted on the e-learning platform for accessibility and scalability. Maintain a single source of truth for all training materials with clear visibility and control. Requirements: - 5+ years of Learning & Development experience with a track record of owning L&D strategy and policy (not just program execution) - Proven experience managing a learning budget end-to-end, including training grant or levy schemes (FUNDAE experience is a strong plus) - Hands-on experience owning an e-learning platform/LMS, driving adoption and improving learner experience - Data-driven mindset; comfortable building dashboards and translating learning metrics into actionable insights - Experience designing and governing training content in partnership with business teams - Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence department leads and managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Experience in international, multi-country organizations; exposure to training funding schemes beyond Spain is a plus - Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus - Highly organized and process-oriented with a bias for automation and scalable solutions
