Instructure is seeking a Learning Consultant to join its EMEA services team, supporting educational organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in adopting and maximizing value from Instructure's learning platform. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to education clients—from K12 institutions to large universities—guiding them through platform integration, change management, and adoption. You will deliver change management guidance, platform consulting, and training to help organizations achieve their educational technology objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Convey expert knowledge of Instructure learning platform products to clients and serve as a trusted resource for platform capabilities and best practices. - Coordinate client projects on key initiatives, providing guidance and best practices to achieve desired outcomes. - Develop and deliver standard and custom training agendas and sessions to groups of varying sizes, audiences, and experience levels. - Create and maintain training curriculum and materials, including videos and self-paced online courses. - Provide consulting advice across education sectors to increase platform usage and adoption. - Guide clients through change management initiatives and support advanced platform use through training and consultation. - Deliver online webinars and onsite training sessions. - Research and understand client needs to customize services and improve client experience. - Identify opportunities for additional support, training, or consulting to meet client objectives. - Explore and implement AI solutions to enhance service delivery and departmental efficiency. - Manage project forecasts, milestones, and revenue recognition processes. - Collaborate with services team members on project planning, delivery, and problem-solving. - Operate with autonomy while maintaining alignment with team standards and contributing to departmental goals. You will work independently on projects of moderate scope while maintaining close collaboration with the wider services team. Travel across EMEA for onsite client work is expected, up to 20% of the time. REQUIREMENTS: - Working knowledge of pedagogical approaches, technology adoption strategies, and educational technology best practices. - Ability to engage diverse audiences, including academics, teachers, administrators, and leadership. - Experience in teaching or training in corporate training, K12, vocational education, or higher education contexts. - Ability to create training sessions that are fresh, fun, effective, and relevant. - Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proficiency with web conferencing technologies and web-based tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar). - Eligibility to work in Hungary with ability to work remotely from Budapest. - Willingness to travel across EMEA for onsite client work (up to 20%). IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Fluency in one or more additional European languages alongside fluent English. - Experience working with customers across multiple EMEA countries and comfort with cross-timezone and cross-cultural collaboration. - Experience leading or supporting organizational change or technology platform rollouts. - Bachelor's degree in education, educational technology, communications, or related field.
