As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signing through final closing. You serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire event delivery process from commercial contract through completion
- Acting as the central stakeholder coordinator across event organizers, internal departments, and external partners
- Owning overall project delivery while managing cross-functional team tasks and dependencies
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events during launches and critical dates as needed
- Managing parallel work-streams and handling large volumes of concurrent projects

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of project management experience or consulting background (events background is a plus but not required)
- Degree-qualified
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- Solution-focused mindset with ability to identify and resolve problem areas
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to think strategically using proprietary data and partnership briefs
- Comfortable coordinating multiple departments and delivering results in ambiguous environments
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Strong academic background is a plus
