As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the central point of contact between event organizers and all internal stakeholders (sales, legal, product, engineering, support). Your responsibilities include: • Managing the entire event delivery process, coordinating across departments to ensure timely and quality execution • Acting as primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and alignment • Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions • Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent escalations • Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked • Traveling on-site as needed for event launches and critical milestones You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you manage multiple parallel workstreams, handle ambiguity, and drive results through cross-functional coordination. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working collaboratively with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent. REQUIREMENTS: • 6+ years in project management or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required) • Degree-qualified • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus • Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills • Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver results • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to think strategically • Solution-focused problem-solving mindset • Ability to handle large workloads and parallel initiatives • Strong communication skills and track record of building positive working relationships • Collaborative, hands-on approach willing to work across all required tasks • Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus • Strong academic background is a plus
