Homebase is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to lead major RevOps initiatives and drive scalability across the GTM organization. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you'll own significant portions of the revenue tech stack and funnel, design and lead cross-functional projects, and coach teammates on AI-enabled workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to shared ownership of Salesforce, driving adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations
- Support implementation and administration of the GTM tech stack, building connections between systems and processes
- Lead design and development of technical processes for forecasting, capacity planning, and GTM performance management
- Scope, design, and lead cross-functional RevOps projects with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics, and Finance
- Drive roadmap for data visibility and reporting in partnership with business leaders
- Build organizational clarity around RevOps initiatives with strong project management and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with RevOps team members and coach GTM stakeholders on AI-enabled workflows
- Act as trusted advisor on funnel strategy, recommending changes to increase conversion and velocity
Required experience:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
- Strong Salesforce expertise with ability to design scalable processes and automation (Salesforce Developer Certification preferred)
- Strong Databricks & Omni knowledge or equivalent BI/analytics platform experience
- Familiarity with GTM tools (Talkdesk, Calendly, Mogli) and tech stack integration
- Proven ability to scope and lead end-to-end projects with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ownership of significant revenue funnel or tech stack portions
- Strong project management and organizational skills managing multiple priorities
- AI fluency with GTM AI tooling (Gong, Sierra) and workflow optimization tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
- Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership across teams
