Stellar Health is a venture-backed healthtech platform (backed by General Atlantic, Point72, Primary Venture Partners) that helps primary care practices succeed in value-based care. The company provides technology, analytics, and operational support to enable providers to shift from fee-for-service to outcomes-based reimbursement models. As Lead, Provider Success, you will own performance outcomes for a portfolio of medical groups, including some of Stellar's largest and most complex accounts. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring high independence and accountability for measurable results. Key responsibilities include: - Owning performance results for your portfolio: platform engagement, completed actions, closed care gaps, and progress against value-based care targets - Building and adjusting long-term engagement strategies for strategic accounts, moving beyond standard playbooks when needed - Taking full ownership of escalations from diagnosis to solution, proposing approaches rather than flagging problems - Building relationships across practice leadership (operational and executive levels) and resolving multi-stakeholder conflicts directly - Diagnosing engagement barriers (staffing, workflow, leadership buy-in) and building customized solutions - Presenting Stellar's value proposition convincingly to front-line and executive stakeholders, backed by data - Tracking account performance closely to inform time allocation and strategic decisions - Leading business reviews and steering meetings that connect Stellar's work to outcomes practice leadership cares about (cost, utilization, incentive dollars) - Acting as a platform expert for complex implementation scenarios and flagging product improvement ideas - Mentoring less experienced teammates through difficult relationships and tough conversations - Collaborating with Customer Success and partner teams to ensure consistent practice experience - Contributing to playbooks, training materials, and process improvements that strengthen the entire Provider Success function Required qualifications: - Minimum 5 years working directly with healthcare providers, medical groups, or similar healthcare organizations - Real accountability for performance metrics (not just satisfaction or relationship health) - Track record of owning escalations and ambiguous situations independently, bringing solutions not problems - Comfort operating without scripts; ability to build custom approaches when situations don't fit existing playbooks - Experience building credibility with and presenting to senior/executive stakeholders - Proven ability to build trust quickly with practices and convert that trust into behavior change
