The Voyager team specializes in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge, integrating enterprise networking with purpose-built hardware and software platforms.
You will lead the Returns and Repairs (RMA) function for Voyager products, owning the end-to-end process from field return intake through functional testing, troubleshooting, repair, and return shipment. This is a dual-track role combining hands-on technical work with team leadership and process building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own RMA deliverables end-to-end: in/out processing of field returns, test, repair, return shipment, and internal/external tracking
- Build and lead the RMA team from the ground up: define processes, tooling, and metrics; coach and develop team members
- Test, diagnose, and repair returned products using standard procedures; troubleshoot customer and production issues; escalate as needed
- Produce customer-facing outputs: repair quotations and detailed repair reports
- Maintain accurate RMA data and documentation in SAP; ensure test results are properly documented and reported to Test & Quality
- Own turnaround time and reporting metrics; drive continuous improvement
- Keep stakeholders aligned: update customers, production, and R&D on progress; attend RMA meetings with US-based customer success teams; plan internal team communications
- Source materials for component shortages from supplier base; represent RMA in production meetings
This role requires hands-on test and fault-finding skills, confidence with SAP and production systems, and a methodical, detail-driven approach to documentation. You will thrive on resolving hardware issues and taking ownership of turnaround performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in production, RMA, test, or repair operations
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is advantageous
