MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving industrial and frontline teams. The company manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders across 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. You will lead the Reporting and ROI capabilities within the Core division, owning a portfolio of products at various maturity stages—from the in-app Reporting platform to emerging AI-powered natural language insights (NLI) features. Your core mission is to help customers quantify the business impact of MaintainX within their operations while balancing simplicity for mid-market users with the power and depth required by enterprise customers. Key responsibilities include: - Own reporting and analytics products end-to-end, using data, user research, and competitive analysis to shape how customers interact with and consume MaintainX data - Evolve reporting products from serving frontline managers to a broader enterprise audience (ops leaders, finance, EHS stakeholders) - Own the ROI narrative, partnering with pre- and post-sales teams to understand how measuring customer progress supports GTM and building products that tell that story - Execute a mix of large innovations and quality-of-life improvements to strengthen product and sales effectiveness - Partner directly with the sales team to help close large deals - Lead and inspire a team of designers and engineers, defining and measuring success through metrics You will work within Autodesk's broader strategy to converge design, make, and operate into one continuous lifecycle—MaintainX represents the "operate" phase, feeding real-world operational insights back into the design cycle. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years in product management with meaningful experience in platform or infrastructure-adjacent roles, ideally at companies serving enterprise customers - Proven track record building customer-facing analytics or reporting products, with sufficient understanding of data modeling and pipeline decisions to work credibly with data and infrastructure engineers - Comfortable navigating cross-team data dependencies—able to define upstream requirements (data, infra, platform) while staying focused on downstream customer outcomes - Experience partnering directly with sales as a company moves upmarket from SMB to Enterprise, including deal involvement and translating complex capabilities for senior buyers - Track record of expanding a product's audience from operational end-users to senior or diverse stakeholders (ops leaders, finance, EHS) - Ability to make smart scope trade-offs on dependency-heavy features, knowing when to ship narrow solutions versus waiting for completeness - Demonstrated ability to inspire and rally teams around clear vision, strategy, and roadmap, connecting day-to-day work to KPIs and business goals - Strong relationship-builder who works credibly across all organizational levels - Strong pattern recognition—applies proven solutions to new contexts without over-engineering
