Orb is a revenue design platform helping teams automate billing, evolve pricing, and grow revenue with confidence. The company recently joined forces with Adyen, expanding its scope to serve enterprises globally.
You will lead the Pricing Lifecycle team, owning the core of Orb's billing platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Define and own product strategy for Orb's core billing platform, setting direction for what gets built and in what order
- Lead product discovery by talking constantly with customers on the bleeding edge of pricing experimentation, learning how they think about pricing design and change, and translating insights into product and architecture
- Shape strategic questions that define the domain: what the right pricing abstractions are as customers grow from startup to enterprise, how price changes roll out safely across a live customer base, and how far Orb should go in helping customers decide what to charge
- Build strong partnerships with engineering and design, bringing them into discovery early so user and business implications surface before the plan is set
- Lay the groundwork for product practices and processes so the team can define and deliver its highest-impact work as it grows
Orb operates a hybrid culture with 3 days/week in office for Bay Area, New York, and Amsterdam residents. Remote roles require quarterly in-person attendance. The company values customer centricity, speed ("minutes matter"), ownership, attention to detail, and collaboration.
