Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process development for the Sentry product line. You will manage a manufacturing engineering team responsible for delivering development and production units, overseeing the complete lifecycle from prototyping through full-scale production.
Key responsibilities include leading a team to ensure on-time completion of manufacturing milestones, executing manufacturing operations for defense hardware (static equipment, ground vehicles, and complex systems), and collaborating with design engineers to implement design-for-manufacturability best practices. You will own critical manufacturing documentation including MBOMs and work instructions, manage quality assurance programs, and facilitate vendor selection and supply chain coordination.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or hard science; 5+ years in manufacturing or prototyping; demonstrated team leadership with examples; hands-on experience manufacturing hardware (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly); ability to deliver in resource-constrained environments; U.S. Person status for access to export-controlled information.
Preferred: Experience scaling production from tens/hundreds to hundreds/thousands of units; success building or transforming production organizations; leadership on fast-paced complex projects; cost analysis and reduction expertise.
