As a Deployment Engineer, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations in a post-sales capacity, ensuring strategic, technical, and commercial objectives are realized. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will partner cross-functionally to influence deployment strategy, drive execution excellence, and scale delivery capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading 5–10 enterprise deployments quarterly, driving $10M+ in eARR with ownership of quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Defining end-to-end implementation strategy, managing complex integrations, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation
- Optimizing deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions and tooling
- Strategically partnering with Engineering and Product teams, influencing roadmap decisions with client insights and technical feedback
- Leading cross-functional execution across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering for seamless customer lifecycle delivery
- Institutionalizing best practices via scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to elevate team consistency
- Supporting organizational scalability by forecasting capacity, mitigating pipeline constraints, and reducing future eARR risk
- Leveraging AI as a core layer for accelerating solution design, implementation, and continuous deployment improvement
You bring 7–10+ years in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture in SaaS/enterprise software environments. You have led complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations involving APIs, SDKs, and cloud integrations. You possess deep technical skills, credibly engaging engineering teams while translating business needs into scalable solutions. You have driven operational excellence via process, automation, and tooling, measurably improving deployment velocity and quality. You have influenced senior cross-functional teams to shape decisions and align efforts. You can independently scope, prioritize, and execute in ambiguous, high-growth environments with rapid ownership and impact expected within 60 days. You understand deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention and view AI as a fundamental shift, habitually integrating it into workflows.
