You will lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding. This is a primarily non-client-facing role that requires focus, consistency, and comfort with detailed, structured work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development and delivering regular feedback
- Manage team work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
- Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Drive process improvements to increase data accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability
- Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures for data validation
- Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams including Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering
- Foster a team culture that values collaboration, learning, and shared commitment to client success
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation and LLM integrations to streamline implementation
You should have a Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or a data-oriented field), 3+ years of experience in data validation, financial operations, data quality assurance, or a related field, and 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based platforms, and a process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus are essential. Familiarity with financial data is a plus but not required. You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one; visa sponsorship is not available.
