Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking a Lead Data & AI Scientist to join Supersonic, a leading mobile game publisher within the group. Supersonic has published over 150 titles in the hybrid casual and casual space since its 2020 founding and joined Tripledot in August 2026.
In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will own how Supersonic predicts player value and behavior, and transforms those predictions into autonomous decisions across a portfolio of live mobile games. You will build predictive models and AI agents that operate without human intervention, while mentoring analysts and data scientists and collaborating closely with the Data Architect and cross-functional partners in business, growth, monetization, studio management, product, and R&D.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning predicted-LTV (Lifetime Value) models end-to-end, from feature and horizon design through validation, retraining, and model-family replacement
- Building and productionizing churn and retention models, cohort-performance monitoring, and the target-day and goal logic that informs optimization
- Designing, testing, and maintaining version-controlled agent skills with clear data contracts, runtime rules, failure handling, and fallbacks
- Extending agent workflows and integrations, converting stable LLM-orchestrated steps into deterministic code where reliability and cost require it
- Building verification, rollback, and outcome monitoring systems that allow automation to operate safely against real spend
- Partnering with business, growth, monetization, studio management, product, data infrastructure, BI, and architecture teams
This is a technical leadership role suited to someone who wants to remain deeply hands-on while guiding the direction of modeling and agent layers. No direct reports.
Requirements:
- Data science background with recent experience working closely with AI models and agents
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Strong grounding in probability and scientific thinking
- Ability to research complex problems, connect relevant context, and turn thinking into practical work
- Mobile or gaming experience is an advantage
- Previous people-lead experience is welcome but not required
