Rubrik is seeking a senior Customer Success Operations professional to serve as the operational engine driving retention and growth motions across the customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Renewals, RevOps, Product, and Engineering, responsible for building scalable automation and analytics that replace manual workflows with data-driven, measurable systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automation across onboarding, adoption tracking, renewal triggers, risk alerts, and health-score refreshes. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to instrument customer telemetry signals into reporting layers and coordinate on closing technical gaps surfaced by CS and Renewals data. You'll own the design and governance of CS/Renewals dashboards and executive data packs covering GRR/NRR, renewal trends, churn drivers, at-risk accounts, health distribution, and time-to-value metrics. You'll be responsible for data integrity across Salesforce, the CS platform, Snowflake, and Tableau, ensuring consistent definitions and metrics across product/engineering and post-sales teams. The role includes applying AI/LLM tools to automate reporting, build workflows, and accelerate analysis—helping set the standard for how the post-sales organization scales with AI. You'll act as the operational bridge across RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, Support Ops, Enablement, and Data/BI, leading cross-functional programs and delivering ad hoc and recurring analysis that turns raw data into decision-ready insights for leadership. Required experience: 6+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related CS/analytics functions in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology. You'll need strong Excel skills plus fluency in SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake—able to independently build dashboards, define metrics, and derive insights from complex, multi-source data. Demonstrated experience designing and building automations (workflow automation, triggered actions, CS-platform configuration) is essential. Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to automate reporting, analysis, or operational workflows is required. Deep familiarity with Salesforce and a Customer Success platform (Gainsight, Totango, Planhat, or similar) is expected. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred.
