Fictiv/MISUMI Americas is building the operating system for custom mechanical parts and assembly, enabling Fortune 500 companies to scale production globally. The company delivers complex, high-quality hardware for autonomous vehicles, surgical systems, industrial robots, and similar advanced applications.
As Lead Customer Program Manager, you will build and manage a team of Customer Program Managers responsible for owning customer programs end-to-end—from initial scoping and kickoff through delivery, escalation management, and long-term account health. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, project management, and manufacturing expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
**Team Leadership & People Management:** Directly manage a team of Junior to Mid-Level CPMs, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Conduct regular 1:1s and formal reviews. Build structured development plans identifying skill gaps and creating growth opportunities. Serve as the first line of escalation for complex programs and difficult customer situations. Create onboarding frameworks and training materials. Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding as the team scales.
**Program & Customer Excellence:** Establish and enforce standards for how programs are run and customers are managed. Partner cross-functionally to remove blockers and resolve escalations. Bring credibility from deep program management and manufacturing experience combined with leadership maturity to develop others.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure every commitment is kept and customer satisfaction is maintained.
You will report to the Manager of Customer Program Management. The role operates on a hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the Bengaluru office; Thursday and Friday remote. Work hours are 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, aligned with US Eastern business hours.
