Halter is a venture-backed agtech company transforming grazing management through autonomous livestock technology. The company enables farmers and graziers to run more productive and sustainable operations using innovative collars and supporting hardware that eliminate traditional constraints like quad bikes, dogs, and fencing. You will own compliance and regulatory certification end-to-end as the company expands into multiple markets: NZ, Australia, USA, Canada, EU, UK, South America, and Africa. You have deep knowledge of radio standards (FCC, ISED, RED, RCM), EMC/EMI, and product safety standards. Carrier certification experience is highly valued. You're commercially sharp in managing third-party relationships, hands-on with pre-compliance testing (spectrum analysis, failure design-out), and comfortable operating with full autonomy. You're a self-motivated problem solver willing to travel internationally 10-20% annually.
