Delta Exchange is seeking a Senior Analytics professional to join their team. You will analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, and build predictive models using R or Python to support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency. Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
• Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance. Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
• Statistical and Predictive Modeling: Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models. Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.). Help define and execute business strategies and build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in analytics or related field
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting
• Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
