Knuspr, part of the Rohlik Group, is transforming how people buy groceries through high-quality products, rapid delivery, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking experienced operations leaders to join our logistics center in Bischofsheim near Mainz, Germany. In this role, you will lead an entire shift in either inbound or outbound warehouse operations, ensuring thousands of customers receive fresh, top-quality products delivered on time daily. You will manage large teams of up to 50 employees and drive critical core processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Shift Planning: Lead, manage, and schedule up to 50 employees per shift in inbound or outbound operations. - Employee Development: Oversee structured onboarding of new team members and actively develop staff in collaboration with Area Managers. - Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations; guarantee on-time delivery commitments. - Performance Management: Create, analyze, and manage operational KPIs and performance metrics. - Capacity & Process Management: Adjust and monitor delivery slot availability and warehouse utilization. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service to resolve issues and manage reorders quickly. You will work in a dynamic, high-growth e-grocery company that values data, performance, and customer focus. This is a hands-on leadership role where you shape processes directly on the warehouse floor and solve operational challenges in real time. Requirements: - Completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or hospitality (e.g., Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau) or relevant operational experience in production or logistics. - Proven experience in disciplinary or operational team leadership of at least 30 people. - Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with, creating, and interpreting operational KPIs. - Excellent communication, high stress resilience, and proactive, well-organized approach. - Willingness to work three-shift system (Monday–Saturday, 5-day weeks, between 00:00–22:00). - Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Russian or Romanian are advantageous.
