Salary: USD 99,000 - 124,000 / annual
Strive Health is transforming chronic disease management by identifying risk earlier, coordinating thoughtful care, and supporting patients through their health journey. The Lead Analyst, Network Analytics will lead an experienced analytics team and partner with market operators, clinical, implementation, data engineering, and provider integration leaders to support new and ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize data stories through innovative analytical deep dives by integrating data science, external, internal, operational, and clinical initiatives
- Research, hypothesize, and develop analytical approaches for complex business questions
- Lead in-depth analysis of ongoing and developing initiatives across multiple markets
- Support and advance initiatives across analytics and operational performance in collaboration with market development and business development teams
- Provide analytical leadership and guidance to cross-functional partners
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Mentor and lead team members in analytical work
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Moderate proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Quicksight
- Comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with partners
- Experience leading analytical teams or projects
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Background in healthcare analytics or related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
