Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company that combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. The company is scaling clinic locations across the US and seeks a Launch Operations Lead to own the end-to-end process of opening new clinics.
In this high-visibility role, you will be the operational engine behind every new market launch, responsible for transforming empty spaces into fully operational clinics. You'll travel to new sites, conduct hands-on readiness assessments, and serve as the on-the-ground point person during the critical pre-opening window. This is not a desk-based role—you'll have real ownership and visibility into the entire launch process.
Key responsibilities include:
**Site Readiness & Pre-Launch Execution**: Travel to new clinic sites to conduct installation readiness assessments, identify and resolve gaps before launch day, and serve as the primary on-site contact during the pre-opening phase.
**Technology Setup & Testing**: Own end-to-end technology setup at every location, including hardware, software, and integrations. Lead comprehensive testing to ensure all systems are live and stable before patient-facing operations begin. Troubleshoot issues in real time and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
**Inventory & Operational Readiness**: Coordinate delivery, receipt, and setup of all inventory, supplies, and equipment. Confirm locations are fully stocked and operationally ready before opening. Partner with operations, procurement, and facilities teams to close any gaps.
**Process Building & Scalability**: Develop and continuously improve launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists that scale with company growth. Document lessons learned after each launch and integrate them into future processes. Create systems that make each opening faster and smoother than the last.
You'll work across multiple teams and stakeholders, managing complex workstreams and tight deadlines. The role requires frequent travel to new clinic locations and comfort operating in ambiguity while building structure from scratch.
**Requirements**
- Experience in operations, project management, or a launch/opening role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a multi-site environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate complexity into clear action items for diverse audiences
- Can-do attitude with a focus on solutions rather than obstacles
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Proficiency in project management tools and setting things up from scratch
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to new clinic locations
