Pipe17 is a commerce integration platform that simplifies Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for e-commerce businesses, enabling seamless system connectivity and real-time supply chain visibility. The company is focused on X12 EDI capabilities for North American retail trading partners, supporting key documents like 850 (purchase orders), 855 (acknowledgments), 856 (shipment notices), 810 (invoices), and 846 (inventory updates). As an EDI Solutions Architect – Implementation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, guiding them through EDI testing and Pipe17 platform configuration. You'll collaborate across Sales, Product, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of customer EDI requirements. A key responsibility is overseeing and managing outsourced EDI onboarding partners, ensuring quality and timeliness. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to maximize value from Pipe17's solutions. You'll manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful, timely customer onboarding. Training and support responsibilities include helping customers leverage the platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving integration challenges. You'll act as a customer advocate within Pipe17, representing feedback and requirements to inform product development. The role requires strong project management and multitasking skills, a solid understanding of EDI processes, and a passion for driving customer success. AI fluency is valued—you should be comfortable using AI tooling to improve efficiency and workflows. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of customer success and/or project management experience, ideally in e-commerce or supply chain contexts.
