FlixBus is seeking a LATAM Shops Project Manager to drive the development and innovation of ticket sales across Latin America. You will manage end-to-end projects that improve in-store sales processes, tools, and customer experience at the point of sale, acting as the key liaison between regional shop partners and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: - Manage projects that enhance in-store sales processes and customer experience - Serve as primary liaison between regional shop partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and execution - Identify and pilot new sales concepts and workflows, then scale successful models across LATAM markets - Maintain consistent shop standards and brand guidelines across all LATAM locations - Define, track, and report on key performance metrics including sales volumes, conversion rates, partner satisfaction, and fulfillment rates - Collaborate with commercial, operations, product, and marketing teams to execute projects - Continuously evaluate and improve shop processes and partner playbooks for operational excellence You bring 3–5 years of experience in project management, retail operations, sales channel management, or related fields, ideally in travel, mobility, or consumer-facing networks. You excel at juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced, agile environments with strong analytical skills and comfort with sales data and reporting tools. Your outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities enable you to work effectively across international teams and external partners. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, equally comfortable in the field with shop teams or in strategy reviews. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. You are willing to travel across the region to work directly with shops and franchise partners.
