Clipboard Health is seeking a Knowledge Operations Specialist to design, maintain, and continuously improve the internal knowledge frameworks that power healthcare operations. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant operational impact across the organization. You will own the accuracy, structure, and usability of Clipboard's internal knowledge ecosystem, ensuring that every process, workflow, and SOP enables teams to make faster, better-informed decisions. The role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing and structuring complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation - Auditing and refining the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility - Serving as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions and knowledge gaps, then proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements - Partnering with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes - Continuously improving how teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements You should bring 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries. You'll need proven ability to translate complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation, strong systems-thinking mindset, hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.
