Vinted is Europe's leading second-hand marketplace, connecting millions of members across 20+ markets to buy and sell pre-loved fashion and lifestyle items. The company operates three business units: Vinted Marketplace (the core platform), Vinted Go (shipping and logistics), and Vinted Pay (payments infrastructure). Founded in 2008 in Lithuania and now a unicorn with 2,000+ employees across European offices, Vinted is hiring Knowledge Management & Training Specialists to support operational teams. As a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist in Trust & Safety Operations, you will develop and deliver knowledge and learning solutions that enable operational teams to perform effectively, adapt to change, and confidently apply processes. You'll work across the full knowledge lifecycle: identifying needs, designing solutions, supporting implementation, and continuously improving based on feedback and performance data. The role spans three focus areas depending on assignment: Commercial Policy & Catalog (managing knowledge on commercial policies and catalog processes), Brand Authentication (brand-related expertise and decision-making), and Risk & Policy (onboarding, continuous training, and policy/process change initiatives). Key responsibilities include analyzing operational challenges and stakeholder feedback to identify knowledge gaps; designing and developing training materials, documentation, and learning experiences; supporting implementation of policy and process changes; collaborating with subject matter experts, quality teams, and cross-functional partners; driving initiatives from planning through delivery; translating operational insights into practical improvements; and evaluating effectiveness of existing solutions. You are an independent, proactive specialist who takes ownership of work from identification through implementation. You navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively across competing demands, communicate clearly across teams, and actively seek feedback to improve continuously. You're adaptable, curious, and motivated to learn new domains and operational processes. The ideal candidate balances initiative with accountability, ensuring quality and impact in all deliverables.
