As a Kiosk Operational Analyst, you will manage the operational and financial backbone of PayJoy's kiosk retail network in São Paulo. This role bridges operations, finance, and retail management, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the corporate card platform, including credit limits, card issuance, blocks, and merchant/promoter registrations
- Perform daily financial and cash reconciliation across multiple payment methods (PIX, debit, credit, cash), reconciling against contracts and payment processors
- Audit purchases, invoices, and receipts to prevent fraud and identify inconsistencies
- Control inventory, manage product portfolio, and track sales of new and used items across kiosks
- Support ERP system interface and implementation rollout across retail locations
- Develop and analyze consolidated and store-level P&L statements, tracking margins and operational KPIs
- Manage accounts payable, invoices, supplier contracts, and shopping center lease agreements
- Handle store support tickets and serve as the operational interface between the Operations team and the promoter agency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
- 2–3 years of prior experience in Operations, Retail/Kiosks, Controllership, or Finance
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, financial reconciliation, accounts payable, and corporate card management
- Experience preparing P&L/income statements and management reports
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP knowledge
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with strong communication skills
- Desirable: Power BI knowledge and ERP implementation experience
