Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join their clinical trial operations team in Chicago. This role supports the successful delivery of advanced therapies in oncology and precision medicine through clinical trial execution. Key responsibilities include: - Support feasibility studies and investigator recruitment efforts for clinical trials - Drive site startup activities including planning site-level milestones, managing submission/approval timelines, and coordinating site activation - Review, validate, track, and file essential documents for investigational sites; follow up on missing or incomplete documentation - Manage Informed Consent Form (ICF) reviews and prepare/submit Ethics Committee (EC) applications - Own electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) management and maintain eTMF study mailboxes - Create, maintain, and closeout Trial Master Files (TMF), a critical client deliverable - Provide administrative support to project teams including training maintenance, coordination with study supply vendors, and meeting documentation - May mentor and develop junior Clinical Support Specialists as experience grows The ideal candidate has 6 months to 6 years of clinical research experience depending on career level. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, professional English fluency, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
