Path Robotics is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain core IT infrastructure supporting the organization's growth. This hands-on role owns end-to-end systems administration across Google Workspace, JAMF (macOS/iOS device management), Microsoft Intune/Azure AD, Okta identity management, and CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint protection.
Key responsibilities include architecting scalable IT infrastructure, managing identity and access controls, deploying and maintaining endpoints across macOS and Windows, automating IT and security workflows, and providing Tier 2/3 support for complex incidents. You'll partner closely with Security and IT leadership on tooling decisions, architecture planning, and roadmap development while maintaining a security-first posture.
The role emphasizes automation, continuous improvement, and proactive endpoint security management. You'll troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and security agent issues; manage user lifecycle workflows; enforce compliance standards; and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Required: 3–5 years of IT systems engineering or systems administration experience with hands-on expertise in Google Workspace, JAMF, Microsoft Intune/Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike Falcon. Strong understanding of identity management, endpoint security, modern IT architectures, troubleshooting, documentation, and incident response.
Preferred: Experience in zero-trust or security-first environments, scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python), SIEM tools or endpoint telemetry, fast-growing or startup environments, and relevant vendor certifications.
