As IT Systems Engineer, you'll own and scale IT infrastructure across the company during a critical growth phase. Embedded within the Security organization, you'll partner with every team to build secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
Key responsibilities include: owning identity and access management end-to-end (SSO integrations, user provisioning, access controls); leading Okta rollout and long-term ownership; designing scalable IT systems supporting growth and compliance; managing endpoint infrastructure (provisioning, configuration, patching, lifecycle); owning employee onboarding/offboarding workflows; handling day-to-day IT operational requests; building automation and self-service systems to reduce manual workload; setting up and maintaining office network infrastructure (VPNs, access points); designing secure asset disposition processes; troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments; and transitioning IT from ad hoc support to structured, scalable systems.
Required: 3+ years in Systems Engineering or IT Engineering; experience building IT systems in growing organizations; strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC); experience implementing enterprise SaaS tools; familiarity with device management platforms (Jamf, Microsoft Intune); experience with Okta; strong troubleshooting across macOS and Windows; ability to operate independently; comfortable working onsite.
Nice to have: scaling IT in high-growth startups; security/compliance background; automation or self-service IT workflow experience; office network infrastructure knowledge; compliance framework or sensitive data handling experience.
