Salary: USD 36.06 - 48.08 / hourly

You will serve as a Tier 2/3 technical support specialist providing on-site support to Human Interest's rapidly growing internal user base. This role is the primary point of escalation for the IT Support team and involves diagnosing, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems as the primary escalation point for the IT Support team
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internally used applications
- Document support tasks and create processes to ensure consistency and enable training of other team members
- Architect systems, user flows, and solutions as organizational needs arise
- Manage on-site devices including conference rooms, printers, and other equipment
- Support identity management systems and MDM/RMM tools

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in internal IT or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Expert-level macOS experience, including advanced troubleshooting, deployment, and security
- Experience administering MDM or RMM tools (e.g., Airwatch, Workspace ONE, Kandji/Iru, Jamf, Intune)
- Experience supporting identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Onelogin, Entra)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Plus: Experience with compliance frameworks and policies
- Plus: Multimedia content creation experience
