Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy intelligent systems at scale. In this role, you will serve as the IT Operations Specialist for the São Paulo office, acting as the primary IT representative for the local team while supporting a global workforce. Your responsibilities include: **Local IT Leadership & User Experience** Represent IT for the São Paulo office, ensuring top-tier user experience by managing high-tech conference rooms, AV systems, and daily office technology needs. You'll be the face of IT locally, proactively identifying and solving problems. **Service Desk & Support** Manage first-level IT requests via service desk tickets, calls, and Slack, participating in a global rotation to support users across time zones. Translate complex technical issues into easy-to-understand solutions for colleagues. **Asset & Lifecycle Management** Procure, configure, and deploy workstations and hardware. Handle the complete lifecycle from employee onboarding and training through hardware repairs, replacements, and offboarding. **SaaS Administration** Perform basic administration for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Jira, and Confluence. Manage user provisioning, access controls, and system integrations. **Regional Compliance & Expertise** Take ownership of Brazil-specific software and financial systems, ensuring regional compliance and proper functionality. Serve as the subject matter expert for local requirements. **Security & Infrastructure** Implement and monitor security measures including Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and certificate management to protect global assets. **Documentation & Process Building** Proactively document support activities, hardware failures, installations, and processes to help scale IT operations as the company grows. **Requirements** - 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Operations or IT Support - Technical or bachelor's degree preferred - Fluent in both Portuguese and English (C1 level minimum) for supporting global team - Experience or strong interest in AV systems, networking (LAN/WiFi), bandwidth management, and conferencing systems - Familiarity with or eagerness to master AI and prompt engineering to increase efficiency - Independent, autonomous mindset with ability to identify problems and take initiative - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Personable, proactive, and collaborative approach to technical support
