Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company transforming cancer care through a comprehensive, personalized care platform that combines dedicated care navigation, symptom-focused support, behavioral health, and social resources with evidence-based interventions and hybrid in-person + virtual care delivery. As IT Manager, you will own the technology infrastructure that supports both corporate teams and in-market clinical care teams. This is a hands-on role balancing the security rigor required to protect patient data with the operational responsiveness needed for clinical and care teams to deliver excellent care. Key responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, networks, endpoint management, identity/access management, and core business systems. Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Market Operations leadership to translate field technology needs into scalable solutions. - Evaluate, implement, and manage IT support partners and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, security, and fit-for-purpose tools as the company scales into new markets. - Serve as hands-on resource for employees, resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues with a service mindset—both remote troubleshooting and in-person support at regional offices. - Own IT security practices including endpoint security, access controls, and data protection to safeguard patient information and meet regulatory requirements. Lead HIPAA compliance management, SOC2 audits, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity incident response. - Build and run repeatable, documented processes for provisioning/de-provisioning equipment, system access, and accounts for new hires and departing team members across corporate and clinical roles. - Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and procedures (acceptable use, data handling, incident response) that meet highly regulated industry standards. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related technical role, including support for both corporate environments and multi-site or field-based workforces. - Experience working in a highly regulated industry is required; healthcare experience (HIPAA-regulated environments, EHR systems, clinical technology) is strongly preferred. - Strong working knowledge of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and IT security best practices. - Genuine service orientation—comfortable troubleshooting end-user issues with the same care applied to infrastructure design. - Builder mentality comfortable creating IT processes, policies, and documentation from scratch in a startup environment. - Willingness to travel periodically to support regional care teams in person and comfort adapting as company footprint grows. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues across clinical and corporate teams. - Mission-driven focus on transforming cancer care and understanding that reliable, secure technology is foundational to team success.
