Salary: USD 140,000 - 220,000 / annual
Together AI is seeking an IT Engineer to support identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and end-user infrastructure across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical support with systems administration and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include providing Help Desk support for in-office and remote employees, managing the MDM fleet (macOS and Linux devices), troubleshooting network and A/V systems, and administering Okta and core SaaS tooling. You will oversee procurement and asset management operations, coordinating hardware purchasing and maintaining accurate inventory throughout device lifecycles. The role also involves creating technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting employee onboarding/offboarding, and developing automations to reduce manual work.
Required qualifications include practical Okta administration experience (users, groups, app integrations), strong Google Workspace knowledge, hands-on macOS MDM experience (ideally FleetDM), and ability to support macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices. You should have procurement and asset management experience, excellent technical writing skills, strong communication abilities, and basic security principles knowledge. Experience with low-code automation tools (Serval, Okta Workflows, Gumloop), scripting (Bash, Python), API integrations, and AWS provisioning/Identity Center is expected.
Preferred qualifications include exposure to security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP), experience with AI tools and automations, familiarity with Notion and Linear, and HRIS integration experience.
